The Main Office is located in the Conference Center at the Ballroom B entrance. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Part-Time Positions

Event Staff

The on-call Event Staff personnel typically serve in various event-related roles including but not limited to ticket taking, ticket selling, ushering, guest services, event security, and parking lot attendant. 

Food & Beverage Staff

The Food & Beverage Department has multiple part-time positions available with cross-training available in each of the following positions.

-Catering Waitstaff is responsible for serving guests in the venue dining areas at catering functions and must be able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.

-Kitchen Cooks are responsible for fulfilling the service food orders in each venue dining area.

-Concessions Cashiers are responsible for processing payments for guests and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
