Our event packages are tailored to accommodate and make your event a special one. All-Inclusive packages include an entree of your choice from our in-house caterer.

Meetings, Seminars, & Conferences

At the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds, clients are extremely valued. Our over-achieving staff and state of the art equipment sets us apart from any other venue. The Business Meeting Package is an affordable package and is sure to accommodate all your needs.  

 

The Business Meeting Package includes the following services:

  • Room Rental 

  • Additional break-out rooms (if needed)

  • Microphone

  • Projector 

  • Free Public Wifi 

  • Lunch (Plated or Buffet)

Add-Ons:

  • $16.00 for Mid-Morning & Afternoon Break

Graduation Package

Celebrate big or small at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds! Our Graduation Package is an All-Inclusive package that offers you & your family a great price without any of the party planning hassle! With this affordable package, you’re sure to make memories with family & friends – and still, have money left over for college!

 

The Graduation Package includes the following services:

  • Dance Floor

  • Staging & Electrical Needs for Band or DJ

Non-Profit / Fundraiser Package

Whether your group is planning a fashion show, casino night, guest speaker program, or a silent auction; we have the space & event set-up to make your event successful!

Raising funds for your non-profit organization or cause can be costly. The Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds recognizes that local non-profit organizations strive to make our community a better place! As a token of our appreciation, we offer special event pricing to non-profits seeking a home for their fundraiser events, including banquets and galas.

 

Our exclusive Non-Profit / Fundraiser Package includes:

  • Room Rental

  • Event Planner

  • Professional Service Staff

  • Complimentary Guest Parking

  • Tables & Chairs

  • Elegant Candle Centerpieces

  • Staging & Electrical Needs for Band or DJ

  • Room Lighting

  • Entree from Menu Package

 

All-Inclusive Prices:

  • $33.00 per guest

 

Extras:

  • Drink tickets (good for any alcoholic beverage) $5.50 each

  • Security Flat Rate $150.00 (per police officer)

  • Bartender hourly rate $25 per hour (4 hour minimum)

Our In-House, full-service catering staff offers a variety of menu options sure to please you and your guests. Choose from our a plated sit-down formal setting menu options, included in our All-Inclusive Wedding Packages. All entrees are served with Premium Columbian Coffees & Freshly Brewed iced tea.
