Cancellation Policy: Participants may cancel their registration and receive a full refund if the cancellation is submitted at least 14 calendar days (April 23, 2025) before the start of the conference. Cancellations received after this deadline, as well as "no-shows," will not be eligible for a refund.

People with disabilities who plan to attend the conference, and who may need assistance, services or auxiliary aids, should contact us by April 15, 2025, so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
