Taste of the Northwest Business Expo

Come support while dining the best of local restaurants at the 29th Taste of the Northwest Business Expo hosted by the Northwest Business Association.

Join us Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds in Robstown, TX from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Proceeds will benefit the Education Foundation Scholarship Fund for Calallen ISD, Robstown ISD, and Tuloso Midway ISD.

Programs will be passed at the event, which includes a listing of all the participating restaurants, show vendors, auction, and door prize donations that will be given away during the event!

Tickets are $15 each

Vendor Information:

For twenty-nine years, our organization has hosted the Taste of the Northwest Business Expo. This is our largest fundraiser, of the year, to continue our support of Educational Scholarships/ Foundations for Calallen ISD, Robstown ISD and Tuloso Midway ISD. Local restaurants are invited to bring samples of their food for the public to sample. Local businesses (non-food vendors) purchase a Show Vendor Table to promote their establishment and/or sell items at the Taste.  Last year we had approximately 450 people in attendance.  This year, the Taste will be on Tuesday, October 23rd, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds in Robstown. 

We would like to invite you and your organization to join us this year. The cost is $100./non-members, $ 50./members.  However, if you are not a member, we can accept $50 for the table and a $50 value of an auction item. You will be provided with an 8’ table with a tablecloth, two chairs, access to an electrical outlet (if needed), and two admission tickets.  Additional tickets may be purchased for $15.00 per ticket.  Set up for this event is from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 23rd. You may decorate your area, however, no balloons or lighted candles are allowed in the ballroom. Enclosed is the Show Vendor Form that needs to be completed and returned to NWBA at P.O. Drawer 260994 or emailed to Becky Taylor at Bwhitetaylor@aol.com.

We will be printing programs for the Taste, which includes a listing of all the participating restaurants, show vendors, auction and door prize donations. Throughout the evening of the Taste, we give away door prizes. If you would be interested in donating a door prize (may have logos) please contact us to list you in our program for the generous donation.
